When is my water coming?

Check out our delivery schedule and refer to your route code color on your statement to determine your delivery date. Delivery schedules are subject to change on holidays, so check back often!

As long as you have an accessible drop-off location, we can complete your delivery without anyone home. Just place the empty bottles where you would like the fulls to be placed!

What areas do you deliver to?

We provide delivery throughout Colorado Springs, Fountain, Pueblo, Pueblo West, Monument, Peyton, and Woodland Park. We also deliver to the Air Force and Fort Carson!

How often do you deliver?

Delivery schedules will vary by location, but most areas receive delivery on a bi-weekly or once a month. You can always check our delivery schedule or by contacting our office.

What types of water do you offer?

We offer excellent, reverse osmosis, purified water. We also provide distilled water in 1-gallon containers.

What is the price per bottle?

Our 5-gallon bottles are competitively priced at $8.25 per bottle.

Do you charge deposits?

Instead of deposits, we do an annual fee called the Bottle Replacement Program. This program functions as an insurance for all your water bottles throughout the year, covering any bottles that are lost, broken, stolen, blown away by wind, etc.

The fee for this program is equivalent to $2 per month; however, it is conveniently billed as a single annual charge at the beginning of the year.

How do I change or skip a delivery?

Simply call us at (719) 473-2532 or e-mail us before your scheduled route day and we'll adjust your order. We can also help you increase or decrease your bottle quantity anytime.

Do you offer water dispensers or coolers?

Yes, we offer two water coolers available for rent or purchase. Contact us for current options and availability.
